How to enable Hibernate Button in Win8

1. Go to Control Panel – > Hardware and Sound.

2. Under “Power Options” category, click on “Change what power buttons do”

3. Click on “Change settings that are currently unavailable” and this will require administrator access.

4. After selecting, you can see that the disabled options on the same page will be enabled. Where you can check Hibernate option and then Save the changes.

Now you can see the Hibernate option also when you click on the Power Button.
